About the role 💼

As a Custodian Relationship Intern, you'll own the day-to-day management and follow-up of the authorization letters and data-sharing requests we send to custodians on behalf of our clients, making sure no request is ever left unattended. You'll be the main point of contact for custodian communication and keep Tramoia, our internal tracking tool, accurate and up to date at every stage. This is a highly organized, process-driven role — a great fit for someone who takes real satisfaction in staying on top of details and following things through to completion. You'll join our Product team for a 6-month internship, reporting to our Product Delivery Manager.

What you'll do 🛠️

Here's what you can expect to work on:

• Own the daily monitoring and follow-up of every active data-sharing request with custodians.
• Manage all email communication with custodians, including follow-ups and responses to operational questions.
• Keep Tramoia continuously updated, ensuring every request reflects the correct status and information.
• Coordinate the collection and exchange of documentation needed to complete each data-sharing request.
• Verify that expected data sharing has been activated, flagging inconsistencies or missing information.
• Resolve standard operational cases independently, using established processes and existing custodian knowledge.

What we'd love to see 😍

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven administrative work — you find satisfaction in getting the details right.
• Clear, professional written communication, especially over email.
• Reliable and methodical, following established processes carefully and consistently.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous administrative or operations experience is a plus, but not required.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Spanish is required; a good level of English is a plus 🗣️.
