
High school diploma preferred and related experience and/or training. Must have thorough knowledge of approved cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance methods and care of school buildings and grounds. Must have the ability to use appropriate equipment including, but not limited to forklift, lawn equipment, snow removal equipment, buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, extractors, etc. Must have experience using district selected maintenance software as applicable.

Hours: 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - Sunday-Thursday
Salary Range: Minimum $41,288.00
Placement on the salary schedule depends upon educational preparation and work experience in the field � 260-day contract.
