Qualifications:

  • Meet the definition of "Qualifications" in WV Code §18A-4-8b; demonstrated competency, pursuant to WV Code §18A-4-8e (state-approved competency test), as required
  • Criminal background check conducted pursuant to WV Code §18-5-15c and/or §18A-3-10, as appropriate
  • Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
  • The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations

Start Date: September 1, 2026 for the remainder of the 240-day contract for the 2026-2027 School Year
Contract Days: 240-day contract beginning the 2027-2028 School Year; completing remainder of 200-day contract for remainder of 2026-2027 SY starting September 1, 2026
Start Time: 11:00 a.m. End Time: 7:00 p.m.
Salary: Based upon the 2026-2027 salary scale B - commensurate with experience and education.

Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration.
Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration.
Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.
