Job Description

Job Location: Route 60 - Huntington, WV 25705
Salary Range: $12.21 Hourly

Summary of Job Function: Keeps premises of Prestera location in clean and orderly condition by performing sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Functions:
- Daily cleaning of office buildings including: bathrooms, hallways, stairways, trash collection, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Daily cleaning of sinks, toilets, mirrors, doors, sanitizing phones and group rooms
- Weekly: Dust and clean counters, bathtubs, window sills, and replenishing bathroom supplies
- Monthly cleaning of windows outside, dusting light fixtures
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- - Education, Certification/License, and/or Experience
a. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
b. Drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
c. Obtain and maintain CPR/FA and CPI certifications.
2. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
