Custodian - EveningResponsible for cleaning the facility, including trash removal, floor cleaning, general dusting, and cleaning. Sets up building for special events and for use by outside agencies or groups. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frequent lifting five (5) to fifty (50) pounds
• Occasional lifting fifty (50) to one hundred (100) pounds
• Frequent extensive walking, bending, standing, reaching, stooping
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, squatting
--- Ensure a maintained building by reporting maintenance issues / general maintenance of all equipment used.
--- Ensure all snow and ice is removed from walkways and other areas.
--- Support all District Sustainability Policies.
--- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
--- Ensure a clean Facility by completing all tasks outlined in the current Custodial Cleaning Specifications.
--- Support Supervisor in setting up for groups and special events or activities by staff or outside usage in a timely and correct manner.
--- Ensure the general security of buildings, including closing and locking doors and windows.
