Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels and toilet paper
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment manlfunctions to supervisors
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters when needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safety.
• Follow established safety procedures and cleaning standands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Required previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning eperience
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and equipment safety

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• May require evenings, weekends, or emergency call-in work deparnding on facility needs.
