Custodian

To complete all janitorial duties wherever needed, in a complete and timely manner.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The below listing of essential functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager.
• Vacuuming
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Dust
• Empty trash
• Empty recycling
• Clean up to 9 (total) bathrooms; toilets, floor, replenishing soap, paper towel, toilet paper, personal hygiene products.
• Clean all walls, including stalls.
• Sinks/vanity
• Floor Sweeper (required)
• Carpet stain extraction and general cleaning
• Washes inside of windows and screens.
• Dust window ledges, heaters, chairs etc.
• Break Room; sweep & mop floors, clean all surfaces, including but not limited to counter tops, and sinks, maintain basic cleanliness of breakroom equipment, dust window ledges, heaters, chairs etc.
• Empty and wipe down cigarette butt cans, outside doors and by picnic table.

THINGS TO KNOW:
• This role will be required to work 27 hours per week
• Preferred shift: Monday - Friday - 6AM-11:30AM
• This role will primarily work at the Mason Shoe Outlet Store with occasional work at Mason's Fulfillment Centers and/or Corporate Office.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean break room refrigerators as requested.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Must have, and maintain, a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Requires normal hearing and sight on a continuous basis.
• Must be able to continuously lift to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally team lift up to 50 pounds.
• Requires frequent reaching above shoulders, at shoulder height and below shoulders.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks which require the continuous use of one or both hands.
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to sit/drive for an average of two hours of an eight-hour shift daily.
