We're hiring a Custodian for our Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage location. This role is the backbone of our guest experience. A clean, polished, well-maintained facility tells guests they're in the right place. You make that happen — every day.

• Clean and maintain showroom floors, customer lounges, restrooms, and service areas to luxury brand standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and window washing
• Maintain the exterior of the dealership — parking lot, entryways, and common areas
• Monitor and restock supplies (soap, paper goods, cleaning materials) and flag shortages to management
• Report maintenance issues (lighting, plumbing, facility wear) to the appropriate team promptly
• Support vehicle delivery prep by keeping delivery areas and detail spaces clean and ready
• Follow all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
• Represent Swickard's HEART values in every interaction with guests and teammates
• A high Hospitality Quotient (HQ) — kindness, work ethic, self-awareness, and integrity
• 1+ years of previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience required
• Attention to detail — you notice what others miss, and you fix it
• Reliability — you show up, you follow through, and you take pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and manage your time well across a large facility
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• A positive, team-first attitude — hospitality starts with how we treat each other
• Valid driver's license preferred
