The Custodian at Cook Spencer is responsible to keep building and working environment clean.
• Read, understand, and carry out written and oral instructions• Trash removal• Sweep and mop floors• Clean walls• Dust various surfaces• Deep clean work stations• Provide legible and accurate documentation • Complete quality work at acceptable department determined rates
• Commit to a minimum 40 hour work week• Work effectively with limited supervision• Work closely with co-workers.• Work with chemicals such as cleaners and isopropyl alcohol
• Minimum 18 years of age
Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds continuously and up to 30 pounds occasionally• Frequent repetitive motion• Good eyesight, hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to grasp, carry, feel or touch; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch; communicate• Proper attire/clothing and Personal Protective Equipment /clothing, as required, within Controlled Production Areas
