The YMCA of Orange County is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are actively seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented individual for a full-time Custodian position in Orange County.

This role is an opportunity to directly impact the experience of members and staff by ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities. This position will look to foster genuine connections, practicing exceptional hospitality, and creating a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every interaction is meaningful. The Custodian works closely with facility and safety teams to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces; this position ensures programs and events run smoothly and reflects our commitment to quality and community well-being.

Location: Newport Mesa

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm & Saturday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Minimum

Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 18+ years old.
• Education &
  
  Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience as a custodian preferred.
• Certifications: First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
