Hours: Monday – Thursday 2:45pm-11:15pm (32 hrs/week)

Location: Round Mountain

We are seeking a janitorial worker to join our maintenance team at our Round Mountain location. To do this role you should have previous experience in light maintenance and be skilled with various custodial tools. Must be able to provide light maintenance as well as cleaning services.

CLEANING REQUIREMENTS:

All aspects of facility including bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and main rooms.

CUSTODIAL WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Performing light preventative maintenance.

Handling basic repairs

CUTSTODIAL WORKER REQUIREMENTS:

Proven maintenance experience.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Strong organizational and follow up skills.

Eye for detail.

Professional presentation and attitude.

Ability to maintain focus while working individually.

Strong time management skills.

Regularly works indoors and outdoors. Moderate noise level. Occasionally work with toxic or caustic chemicals such as petroleum products, degreasers, and sprays. Occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock, mechanical hazards, explosive hazards, burn hazards, chemical hazards. Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles and biohazards. Perform physical work outside in all weather conditions and temperature extremes with exposure to potentially hazardous conditions where there is the risk of injury and/or illness.
