Custodian

Salary: $15.69 - $16.71

Do you have attention to detail? Do you like being part of an awesome team? Need part-time or per-diem work? If you are nodding your head, we have opportunities on both our supervised crews (night shift 4p-9p) as well as independent work, day porters and per diem work.(all shifts, weekend availability encouraged).! You would provide excellent attention to detail while taking care of the cleanliness of commercial buildings!

Work Location: Canandaigua, NY

Schedule: Part-time or Per Diem.

Responsibilities

• Performs janitorial tasks required to carry out daily contract requirements, according to agency-instructed techniques. Completes all janitorial roles (flooring, horizontal surfaces, restrooms, garbage removal).
• Responsible for adhering to contract requirements by achieving required production rates and quality specifications. Participates in quality control activities, such as building walk-through with Supervisor or Crew Chief.
• Completes special cleaning projects as needed. Responsible for meeting specification, timely completion, serves as a role model to other custodians and represents the agency in a professional manner when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education/experience preferred
• One year of janitorial experience preferred
• Valid NYS Driver's License
