Job Location: Dallas Campus - Dallas, TX 75204
Position Type: Full Time Hourly

Non Exempt
Salary Range: $13.36 - $14.00 Hourly

Job Category: On CampusThis position performs routine and special cleaning under the direction of the Custodial Manager, which may include but is not limited to:
- Emptying trash/recyclables from spaces (inside and outside)
- Vacuuming carpets
- Dusting, mopping, wet mopping floors
- Cleaning/servicing restrooms
- Cleaning whiteboards
- Cleaning water fountains
- Dusting ledges, counter tops, furniture, desks
- Cleaning areas around garbage
- Wiping Entrance glass doors
- Collecting outside litter and sweeping entrance ways
- Responding to and taking appropriate action on reactive calls (e.g.. spills)
- Dusting/cleaning blinds
- Sweeping/mopping stairwells
- Other various directed tasks

Qualifications
- Good communication
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail
- Good attendance
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years related experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally
