This Custodian position ensures that the campus is kept clean, safe, and orderly at all times by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. Custodians play a crucial role in maintaining a hygienic and well-kept environment, which is essential for the well-being of building occupants.

Job Duties:
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common spaces, through comprehensive sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing procedures.
  • Moves, rearranges and dusts furniture and fixtures.
  • Reports needs for repairs to higher-level custodians.
  • Washes blinds, windows, and walls.
  • Picking up trash, watering plants, etc.

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: This will be filled as a Probational appointment.

Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Compensation: $20,800 annually.
