This Custodial Worker 1 position is located in the Maintenance/Custodial Department of the Southeastern Veterans Center, one of six residential long-term care facilities operated by the Department of Military & Veterans Affairs. Your careful cleaning and attention to detail will help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This job is for a positive and productive person who takes pride in cleaning and helping others!

This position does routine manual work in public institutional buildings and surrounding grounds with a well-established routine to meet standards of cleanliness. Work involves using custodial supplies and modern cleaning equipment and may involve the moving and lifting of heavy furniture. As a Custodial Worker 1, you will perform the following duties:
