Job Description

The Custodial Team Leader will lead a team of 8-14 individuals responsible for building sanitation both inside and outside the facility. The Clean Team Lead focuses on keeping the entire building clean and sanitized, ordering company supplies, inventory management, and general facilities support. In this role, one must be able to multi-task effectively, communicate clearly, and have a high sense of urgency. This role will need to lead team members effectively, and must have a background in team building, and leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

What You Will Be Doing

Managing a team of individuals that are directly supporting the following:

• Coordinate team members for cleaning the building thoroughly

• Monitoring various company supply levels by team needs:

• Bathroom inventory

• Direct communication with facilities coordinator

• Ordering from our vendors

• Communicating with our nighttime cleaning vendor

• Assist with other teams in facilities when needed

• Overseeing centralized trash throughout the building

• Monitoring the cleaning and sanitizing of doors, glass, rails, floors, etc.

• Monitoring the cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, desks, counters, etc.

• Overtime and weekends when needed

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

What We Need From You

• 3+ year's experience in commercial office building support, facilities management, or operations 

• 2+ years team leader/supervisor experience

• Familiarity with office and concession supplies is a plus

• Ability to multi-task efficiently

• High School Diploma

• Sense of Urgency

• Good communication skills

• Basic mechanical skills: Tape Measure, etc.

• Client-focused

• Able to lift over 50 pounds

• Able to operate pushcart or hand cart/trolley
