JOB TITLE: Custodial Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Director of Recreation & Facilities
The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day custodial operations at
Wai Kai, ensuring facilities and public areas are maintained to established standards for
cleanliness, safety, appearance, and guest readiness. This position directly oversees Custodial
Technicians and Lead Custodial Technicians and is responsible for staffing, scheduling,
onboarding, training, daily work assignments, performance management, and overall execution
of the custodial operation.
The Supervisor provides direction and support to Lead Custodial Technicians, ensuring they are
equipped to guide assigned shifts, coordinate workflow, support team members, and
communicate operational needs. While Leads provide day-to-day guidance during assigned
shifts, the Custodial Supervisor maintains overall accountability for the team, staffing,
performance, training, and consistent execution of custodial standards.
