Custodial Supervisor Siffrin | Full-Time | Facilities & Janitorial Leadership Siffrin is seeking a dependable, motivated Custodial Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our mission of serving individuals with disabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with experience in: - Custodial Services - Janitorial Management - Building Maintenance - Floor Care & Carpet Cleaning - Facilities Operations - Commercial Cleaning Responsibilities - Supervise and perform daily cleaning for a multi-floor facility - Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, trash removal, and restroom sanitation - Perform floor maintenance and carpet spotting - Maintain cleaning supplies and janitorial equipment - Set up meeting rooms and event spaces - Provide on-call support to residential group homes as needed - Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive environment
Qualifications
