
Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is looking for a dependable, hands-on Custodial Crew Supervisor/Crew Chief to lead and work alongside our custodial team.
This is not a position where you simply supervise from the sidelines. The Crew Chief works directly with the team, assigns daily responsibilities, helps complete custodial duties, provides training and coaching, and makes sure work is completed safely and meets our quality standards.
