JOB TITLE:EXPEDITOR

REPORTS TO: DEPARTMENT MANAGER

PURPOSE:

To safely and efficiently document, track and communicate needed materials within the department.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to work safely

2. Ability to read and write and follow complicated directions

3. Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions

4. Ability to use a computer, operate Microsoft office programs and type efficiently

5. Must have good math skills
6. Load and unload trailers
7. Complete paperwork necessary to ship and receive
8. Complete SAP transactions
9. Knowledge of both Texturing and Preparation PIV duties
10. Works well with others
11. Good communication skills

Computer, paper products, phone, projector, pens and pencils, printer, copier, office supplies

Ability to walk through offices and manufacturing floor

Ability to push push-carts

5. Reach:

Ability to reach office supplies and materials on floor and 5ft cabinet height

Ability to walk through the plant to get to work station, meeting rooms, break area, and to perform audits.

7. Visual Acuity:

Ability to view, read, interpret and analyze data on paper, display screens, computer screens and on paper.

8. Environment:

Ability to work around polyester, nylon and acetate

9. Environment:

Ability to work in a conditioned indoor environment where temperature varies with the weather.
