MIRACORP is seeking a Curriculum Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and support delivery of curricula across in-person, online, and blended learning environments and advise personnel on instructional design practices. This position is in support of Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services.

Essential Functions

• Provide curriculum development and delivery support for assigned projects.
• Develop learning content for in-person, online, or blended delivery.
• Determine appropriate uses of learning technology for each instructional situation.
• Review and assess education and training courses.
• Inform and instruct personnel on best practices for instructional system design.
• Align curriculum materials and delivery approaches with identified learning needs.

Qualifications: Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Curriculum development.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with the U.S. Department of State is preferred.
