Designs and develops engaging, student-centered learning experiences for Futures 2 schools (grades 3–8), grounded in real-world application, creativity, and critical thinking. Partners with key stakeholders to support innovative instructional models, ensuring alignment to district priorities while promoting student agency, engagement, and deeper learning outcomes.
1. Designs and develops student-facing learning experiences for grades 3–8 that emphasize creativity, problem-solving, and real-world application
2. Creates project-based and experiential learning activities aligned to Future 2 instructional goals
3. Collaborates with curriculum designers and educators to ensure experiences align with core content and instructional priorities
4. Integrates innovative practices, including interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning approaches
5. Evaluates effectiveness of student experiences using feedback and engagement data to improve design
6. Supports teachers in implementing experiences through guidance, resources, and professional learning
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years teaching experience, preferably in upper elementary or middle school
