Who we need
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Curriculum Design, we are hiring a Curriculum Design Specialist for an 18 month maternity leave contract starting July 2026. As our new Curriculum Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and renewing academic programs, instructional and assessment practices, and learning materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to support the design and development of face-to-face, online, and blended curricula for a growing suite of programs across a variety of credential types, disciplines, and audiences.
This is an existing hybrid role, working 2-3 days a month at our Fredericton or Toronto campus.

Compensation philosophy
At Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, we believe compensation should be fair, straightforward, and supportive of your growth. Our salary ranges reflect progression from learning in the role to excelling, with each offer based on skills, experience, and role complexity.
This position offers a minimum annual salary of $62,500, a midpoint of $68,500, and a maximum of $73,500. Established hires typically start near the midpoint, while the upper range is reserved for those with deep expertise and sustained contributions. Offers below the midpoint recognize strong potential with room to grow.
We strive for equitable, consistent pay, though rates may vary within the same role based on performance, specialized knowledge, and impact.
