
Manage curriculum data and rules across university systems to support accurate publication, student progression and informed decisions.
The Opportunity
The Curriculum Data Management Analyst will manage, maintain and optimise curriculum data and rules across the University’s corporate systems, including the Student Management System, Curriculum Management Platform and DegreeWorks.
The role will translate approved curriculum into effective system rules and workflows, assess the downstream impact of curriculum changes and identify risks across interconnected administrative processes. Complex curriculum matters will be case managed through investigation, policy interpretation, problem-solving and the development of practical solutions.
Working across faculties, schools and central portfolios, the Analyst will provide expert advice, guide the consistent application of curriculum requirements and support informed decision-making. The role will also analyse curriculum data, contribute to accurate and timely curriculum publication, and maintain procedures that support regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.
