Job Duties

Under broad direction, coordinates the scheduling of services and materials, and procurement and logistics activities to provide seamless integration with wellsite operations. Liaises with project manager, drilling superintendent, drilling engineer, internal and external suppliers, and procurement and logistics personnel to ensure services and materials are delivered to the project in accordance with specified requirements. Communicates and coordinates with all parties involved with relation to the provision of services and materials movements. Communicates needs for agreements with local suppliers to local and regional PM&L organization. Controls service provider invoices and approves for payment. Assists in the preparation, accumulation and maintenance of control files, such as requisitions, purchase orders, and logistical documentation. This function directly impacts cost containment, efficiency, profitability and productivity of operations. May provide training and/or direction to less experienced staff. Requires bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or materials coordination within the Oil & Gas industry (or a similar industry), supporting field operations.
  • Proven experiencecoordinating services,materials, and logisticsactivities to supportwellsite or fieldoperations.
  • Experience managing requisitions (RQs), purchase orders (POs), logistics documentation, and tracking the delivery of materials and services.
  • Intermediate to advanced English skills
