The Role
Trip.com is seeking a Culture Specialist to help build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture within its Edinburgh Customer Service Centre. Acting as a cultural ambassador, the role focuses on bringing global company values to life through local initiatives that drive employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing, ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow.
Duties:
·Promote & embed Trip.com’s company values into daily culture & tea behaviours
·Plan and deliver employee engagement activities, cultural events, and recognition programmes
·Partner with leaders to align culture initiatives with operational goals
·Gather & analyse employee feedback through surveys, forums, and conversations
·Lead recognition initiatives celebrating individual and team achievements
·Create and distribute engaging internal communications to keep employees informed and connected.
·Collaborate with operational teams to support shared goals & employee initiatives.
·Coordinate with Global Culture & HR to ensure alignment with global initiatives
·Track key metrics related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
·Prepare regular reports & insights for leadership on the impact of culture and engagement initiatives
Skills & Experience
·Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role (Culture Specialist, Employee Engagement Coordinator, Internal Comms specialist, or HR Generalist with a focus on culture) within a fast-paced, preferably international, environment.
·Familiarity with best practices in employee engagement & culture building
·Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and events simultaneously
·Excellent communication skills with engaging content creation abilities
·Experience in internal communications is desirable
·Confident analysing feedback and engagement data to support decision-making
·Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence & relationship-building ability
·Creative and proactive mindset focused on impactful employee experiences
·Advanced Microsoft Office and Canva skills essential
·Fluent English required - Additional European language skills are advantageous
·Qualification or Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration is desirable
