The Culture Paraprofessional plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, structured, joyful, and supportive school environment for all students. Working closely with school leadership and the Student Support team, the Culture Paraprofessional provides direct social-emotional and behavioral support, implements school-wide culture systems, and models KIPP’s values of excellence, respect, responsibility, and resilience.

This position requires candidates to be based in Atlanta and regularly be in schools and able to attend in person meetings and events. Additional in person time may be necessary based upon organizational needs. This position requires routine physical activity associated with normal office environments.This position may require the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
