Job Description

We are looking for a Culture Marketing Lead to drive Axel Arigato’s culture marketing activity across Scandinavia, with a core focus on Stockholm, Copenhagen and Gothenburg, and the opportunity to support further activity across the wider teams regions.

Based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, this role will lead and support local and regional initiatives across partnerships, activations, events and community engagement, helping bring Axel Arigato’s cultural presence to life in the right cities, with the right partners, talent and communities. You will also support wider Culture Marketing department initiatives where needed, contributing to global projects, campaigns and brand moments across markets.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes contemporary culture - and knows how to translate that into brand experiences that resonate. You will create culturally impactful moments, work closely with internal teams and external partners, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across every touchpoint. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and support 360° culture marketing activations across Stockholm, Copenhagen and Gothenburg, with scope to support further activity across the wider Scandinavian region.

• Execute and lead impactful events, partnerships, store experiences, PR moments, activations, and product launches, including taking lead on in-store events.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-profile global campaigns and other culturally relevant brand experiences across markets.

• Ideate and execute innovative, unconventional initiatives - OOH, guerrilla marketing, pop-ups and other culturally relevant activations.

• Represent the brand locally and regionally, building community engagement and growing Axel Arigato’s network of creative, cultural and industry partners.

• Track cultural trends, manage creative partners and ensure all activations stay culturally relevant and brand-aligned.

• Manage budgets, forecasts and invoicing; secure strategic sponsorships and creative talent aligned with the brand.

• Work closely with Brand, Creative, PR and Retail teams to ensure integrated execution across all activity.

• Support People & Culture with internal events and employee-facing moments.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• 2–3 years of experience in events, culture marketing or a similar role - ideally within fashion, music, art or lifestyle.

• A strong creative instinct paired with solid organisational skills - you can hold a big idea and manage a detailed project plan at the same time.

• Culturally aware across fashion, art, media and music, with an existing network of creative and industry contacts.

• A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners; you communicate with clarity and warmth, and know how to bring people along with you.

• Comfortable with budgets, Microsoft tools and working at pace in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in PR, Fashion, Marketing, Media or a related field is considered advantageous.
