Role of Expert contributor:
We are looking for an Expert Contributor with deep knowledge and experience across the diverse topics within the P&P CoE. You will be a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with stakeholders to embed best practices, drive the implementation of our strategy, delivering meaningful and sustainable outcomes. This role combines hands-on responsibility for day-to-day operations with the ability to provide expert insight and guidance that shapes strategy and enhances organisational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and thought leadership in a selection of the domains Purpose, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Performance Management and Employee Listening.
  • Together with other CoE contributors, lead and manage day-to-day operations within the CoE, ensuring timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that align with organisational goals and values.
  • Analyse data and employee feedback to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business stakeholders, supporting change management and cultural transformation efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of P&P initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Monitor industry trends within the domains of Purpose, DEI, Performance Management, and Employee Listening regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep the organisation at the forefront of innovation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies, frameworks, and toolkits related to P&P topics.

Let's talk about you

  • Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in People & Purpose-related roles, including DEI, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, or Purpose.
  • Strong knowledge of current best practices, frameworks, and regulatory requirements related to Purpose, DEI, Employee listening and Performance Management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and employee feedback to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering expert-level insights and solutions in complex environments.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and development.
