About the role:
As the Culture & Capability Coordinator,you’llplay a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and organisational development programs across Elders.You’llwork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, communication, and administration of initiatives that span leadership development,onboarding,performance, graduate programs, and diversity & inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
Asthe Culture & Capability Coordinator, you will:
Be the first point of contact for L&D/OD queries and communications
Coordinatelogistics, materials, and participant management forL&D/ODprograms and projects
Support performance and talent initiatives including goal setting, succession planning, and engagement surveys
End to End management ofWorkday Learning& OD administration
Assistin implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusionstrategiesand track metrics
Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and post-program reviews
Compliance with all relevant safety practices including the reporting of hazards, near misses and incidents throughoursafety system
About you:
To be successful in theCulture & Capability Coordinatorrole, you will have:
Experience in a similar position, within a large complex organisation
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Proven abilityto manage multipleprioritiesand deliver projects to deadline
Demonstratedproficiencymanaging learning management& Human Resourcesystems (Workday preferred)
Previousexperience working across multiple functions
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
Preferablypreviousexperience working inL&D/ODfunctions(desirable)
