About the Role

The Culture & Capability Partner, will lead the delivery of key people development, engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen capability, enhance employee experience and support business performance. Working closely with People leaders and business stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver programs that enable our people and organisation to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent management and succession planning processes, identifying and developing future talent pipelines across the business.
  • Design and deliver a learning and leadership development calendar that builds capability and supports a high-performance culture.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives that foster belonging, improve workforce representation and support key organisational commitments.
  • Lead employee engagement programs, using insights and feedback to enhance employee experience, retention and organisational performance.
  • Partner with People and Safety teams to promote psychological safety, wellbeing and leadership capability across the organisation.
  • Use data, analytics and continuous improvement principles to evaluate program effectiveness and deliver impactful people outcomes.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
  • Experience across organisational development, learning and development, leadership development and/or broader HR roles.
  • Success with delivering culture, capability or people programs that align with business objectives.
  • Proven project and change management capability.
  • Action oriented with experience delivering tangible results across multiple priorities in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels commercially minded, data-driven and passionate about creating inclusive, engaging and high-performing workplaces.
