Assignment Location:
APAC – Australia based, with opportunities to connect across business units and travel to other states if appropriate.

Assignment Duration:
3 months in total with 8 weeks in Australia.

Working hours:
Standard working hours aligned with local operations.

About the assignment:

This assignment will support the Culture and Psychosocial Safety function across ANZ, with a focus on enterprise culture design, psychosocial safety governance, research and practical project support.

This position will work across Culture, Psychosocial Safety, Wellbeing, WHS and People teams to support the development of clear, practical materials that help leaders and teams understand culture and psychosocial safety priorities and take meaningful action.

The role will support targeted research, synthesis of employee listening and psychosocial risk insights, governance materials, leader resources, workshop content and project artefacts that can be used across business units.

In this role you will also support adjacent work across high-performing culture, workload and change insights, and Leader and enterprise capability.

Key responsibilities and deliverables

As part of this enterprise work, you will:

  • Support targeted research into culture, engagement, leadership, workload, change and psychosocial safety leading practice.
  • Support the design of enterprise culture resources, leader tools and workshop materials that translate strategy into practical actions.
  • Assist with psychosocial safety governance materials, including action tracking, reporting inputs, risk-control summaries and decision papers.
  • Synthesise survey, Senior Leader temperature check and psychosocial health check insights into clear themes, implications and recommended next steps.
  • Support project planning, stakeholder materials and handover documentation so outputs can be maintained after the assignment.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is curious, structured and practical, and who can turn evidence and ideas into useful materials for leaders and teams.

Essential:

  • Experience in culture, employee experience, organisational development, wellbeing, WHS, psychosocial safety or people strategy.
  • Strong research, synthesis and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create materials for senior and operational audiences.
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement and the ability to work with sensitive information appropriately.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with employee listening data, psychosocial risk assessments, governance reporting or action planning.
  • Worked across multiple business units or cross-functional teams, with an understanding of how to adapt materials for different audiences.
  • Interest in building healthier, higher-performing cultures where people can do good work sustainably.

Other important or useful information

You will be supported by the Culture and Psychosocial Safety team and will work closely with colleagues across Wellbeing, Safety, People Partnering and business teams. The work will be varied, practical and connected to enterprise priorities, with a focus on creating useful outputs that strengthen culture, governance and psychosocial safety across ANZ.
