Job Description

To operationalise the Point of Presence Strategy by translating strategic intent and values into clear, observable, and consistently lived behaviours across all Point of Presence environments, ensuring a unified culture experience that drives customer obsession, empowered leadership, accountability, and high performance

Hello Future Culture and Capability Consultant

Welcome to FNB, where we believe help is at the heart of human greatness. Our vision is to be a great business helping to create a better world.

As part of our talent team, you will be surrounded by unique talents, diverse minds, and an adaptable environment that lives up to the promise of staying curious. Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.

To bring the Point of Presence strategy and culture to life by translating strategic intent and values into clear, observable, and consistently lived behaviours across all Point of Presence environments. The role is focused on shaping and strengthning a unified culture experience that drives customer obsession, empowered leadership, accountability, collaboration and high performance across the teams. The successful candidate will champion culture transformation by embedding behaviours that inspire people, elevate the customer experience, strengthen team engagement, and create an environment where individuals and leaders thrive, take ownership, and deliver meaningful impact.

Are you someone who can:

  • Translate strategy and values into defined, observable behaviors embedded within daily decision‑making, leadership practices, and customer interactions.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously refine behavioral frameworks that guide how leaders and employees think, act, and prioritise in real operational scenarios
  • Diagnose culture gaps using engagement data, leadership diagnostics, customer feedback, complaints, and operational friction indicators, with clear root cause analysis and prioritised interventions
  • Design and deliver culture capability interventions including workshops, leadership toolkits, practical playbooks, and applied learning experiences aligned to the business realities
  • Embed sustainable culture rituals and recognition mechanisms that reinforce customer‑first behavior, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence across the year
  • Establish culture and engagement metrics, dashboards, and governance routines to track progress, evaluate impact, and hold leaders accountable for culture outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to integrate culture expectations into leadership routines, meetings, decision forums and performance conversations.
  • Continuously review and improve culture interventions to ensure strong linkage between culture, performance outcomes, customer experience, and employee ownership.
  • Engage, inspire, and influence teams by bringing culture to life – helping employees and leaders understand what culture is, why it matters how behaviors shape the employee and customer experience, and how to embed and sustain meaningful culture change through rituals, leadership actions and consistent behaviors across branches and teams.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Psychology, or related field.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in organisational development, culture, change, or leadership capabilities roles.

You will have access to:

  • Opportunities to network and collaborate
  • Challenging Work Environment
  • Opportunities to innovate

We can be a match if you are:

  • Always doing the right thing – Fight for ethical conduct and transparency, both inside and outside
  • Curious – Believe in insight, creativity, and its power to unlock value
  • Deeply Invested – Take initiative and be a leader in your own right
  • Valuing differences – Be inclusive, gracious, decent, and humble
  • Building Trust not Territory – Create a culture of sharing
  • Courageous – We’ve built a culture of bravery by speaking our minds and encouraging others to do the same
