Job Functions
Strategic Planning & Insights
Develop and implement data-driven brand and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct cultural and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Translate complex market research, audience insights, and data analytics into actionable strategies.
Define the best channels and media mix for each campaign based on category, audience, and business objectives.
Collaboration & Execution
Work in close partnership with data teams, while collaborating cross-functionally with creative and social teams, to transform insights into innovative and effective strategic solutions.
Maintain constant collaboration with data teams to transform analytics and insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
Support the development of creative concepts, ensuring they are culturally relevant and aligned with brand goals.
Present strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and impact.
Optimize strategies based on performance data, making iterative improvements.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze campaign results, audience behavior, and social listening insights to measure impact and effectiveness.
Monitor conversations, cultural signals, and brand perception through social listening and trend analysis tools.
Identify areas of improvement and innovation for future campaigns.
Develop structured strategic presentations with strong narratives and insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Strategy, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, communications strategy, or a similar role within an agency or brand environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research, consumer insights, campaign performance data, and social listening analysis.
Proven experience developing integrated communication and brand strategies.
Deep understanding of cultural trends, digital ecosystems, and consumer behavior.
Ability to develop strategic frameworks and methodologies adapted to different client challenges and business contexts.
Experience structuring approaches, processes, and ways of working for complex and diverse strategic projects.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear strategic recommendations.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with creative, social, and especially data teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in presentation and analytics tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, social listening platforms, analytics tools).
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
