Job Description

LAUKO is seeking laboratory assistants to process artifact from a data recovery project. This project is estimated to last three months.

Duties include:

  • Cleaning artifacts
  • Cataloging Records and collected specimens
  • Preparing collections for curation
  • Labeling artifacts

Minimum qualifications

  • Enrolled at or graduated from MCC
  • Interest in Anthropology/Archaeology
  • One class in Anthropology or related discipline.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 4 hours per week
