We are seeking a person who can assist in vibrant Front Office and Concierge operations in our 5‑star hotel.

Are you devoted to?

• Providing heart‑felt service and creating memorable cultural experiences for our guests
• Greeting / welcoming guests at the ground floor lobby
• Sharing engaging stories about our neighbourhood, local traditions and hidden gems
• Handling guest services including general inquiries, arrival and departure assistance and concierge support
• Leading our signature cultural tour, helping guests discover fun facts, history and nearby attractions, helping guests discover fun facts, history and nearby attractions

Are you vibrant with?

• Related guest service, hospitality, or tourism experience
• Good communication skills and confidence in cultural storytelling
• Knowledge of Mong Kok—or enthusiasm to learn and explore the area in depth
• A cheerful and energetic approach when interacting with guests
