💲 Compensation

Starting at $23.00/hour, with additional compensation based on experience.

👨‍🍳 What You'll Do

As a Culinary Services Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and operational support throughout Culinary Services while helping maintain outstanding food quality, resident satisfaction, food safety standards, and dietary service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily culinary, dining room, and support operations
• Providing supervision and coaching to Culinary Services Team Members
• Ensuring exceptional customer service for Residents and Guests
• Supporting compliance with food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and dietary service standards
• Collaborating with culinary and nutrition teams to support specialized resident dining needs
• Addressing Resident concerns and resolving service-related issues promptly
• Coordinating team assignments and staffing schedules based on operational needs
• Maintaining records including meal counts, food safety logs, daily activity reports, and dietary documentation
• Supporting purchasing, inventory, receiving, and storage procedures
• Assisting in the planning and execution of special events and community functions
• Training and mentoring Team Members to uphold Willow Valley's service and quality standards
• Monitoring dining room presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Supporting nutrition-focused meal services that promote Resident health, wellness, and satisfaction
• Ensuring consistency in meal service while maintaining compliance with established dietary requirements and food safety procedures

✅ What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 6 months to 1 year of leadership experience in culinary, dietary services, nutrition services, food service, hospitality, or related operations
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP principles, and dietary operations preferred
