💰 Compensation

Starting at $27.00/hour, with additional compensation based on experience.

🍽️ What You'll Do

As a Culinary Services Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and operational support throughout Culinary Services. This role may include oversight of dining room, dish room, and kitchen operations while ensuring a seamless experience for Residents and Guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and leadership support in Culinary Services operations, including dining room, dish room, and kitchen oversight.
  • Ensure prompt, courteous service for Residents and Guests while upholding Willow Valley standards.
  • Coordinate Team Member activities and work assignments, and maintain the working knowledge necessary to cover shifts as needed.
  • Address Resident concerns, manage complaints, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with the coordination and planning of Special Functions in addition to daily operations.
  • Oversee and enforce all Culinary Services policies and procedures while making recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain records of meal counts, charges, daily activities, and food safety systems.
  • Schedule assigned Team Members according to budget guidelines and operational needs while maintaining timekeeping records.
  • Inspect dining rooms and serving stations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
  • Requisition table linens and dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.
  • Conduct Team Meetings and communicate important updates and information.
  • Train Team Members to ensure Willow Valley standards are consistently met.
  • Follow Willow Valley's HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize computer programs to complete daily reports and communications.
  • May be assigned purchasing responsibilities, including purchasing food and supplies, inventory oversight, data entry, receiving, and storage procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training Team Members. (Preferred)

⏰ Schedule & Hours

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Schedule:

  • Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Holiday Rotation
