What You'll Do

  • Manage all purchasing and budget oversight for food production

  • Provide hands-on leadership to utility staff ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and food safety

  • Oversee floor stock management and maintain accurate documentation

  • Support catering services using the CaterTrax system

  • Drive accountability through FMS documentation of pre- and post-production numbers

  • Collaborate with peers and hospital leaders to elevate service and efficiency

What You Bring

  • A proven leader in food service or production management

  • Strong skills in purchasing, budgeting, and inventory control

  • Experience with unionized staff is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about operational excellence

  • Familiarity with food management systems like CaterTrax and FMS a plus

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
