The CMDP is a Unique 23-Week On-the-Job Management Program
Our fast-paced, thoughtful curriculum provides immersive experience in:
- Food preparation & execution
- Ordering & inventory management
- Product storage & quality standards
- Equipment knowledge & maintenance
- Food safety & sanitation leadership
- Manager-on-Duty responsibilities
- Human resources fundamentals

Throughout the program, participants follow NRG’s Culinary Career Ladder, which clearly outlines the skills, competencies, and leadership proficiencies required to build a successful culinary management career.

Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Must be currently enrolled in a collegiate culinary program, or have graduated within the last 12 months

Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to create an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
