How you will make an impact:

Crosstown Landing, a Silvercrest community is seeking a customer-service-driven Culinary Director to lead the culinary department at our newest senior living community in Andover, MN. As a leader, you will hire, train, and schedule servers to ensure the highest level of service in the dining room.

Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of experience as a culinary leader are required.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate is required.
