  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary leadership team.
  • Coordinate daily office operations within the Culinary Department.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and departmental documentation.
  • Maintain and update culinary records, filing systems, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive Chef.
  • Coordinate communication between kitchen teams and other hotel departments.
  • Follow up on pending projects, assignments, and departmental initiatives.
  • Assist with purchasing requisitions, office supplies, and document control.
  • Ensure timely distribution and follow-up of emails, memos, and internal communications.
  • Support compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP requirements.
  • Assist with training administration and culinary departmental activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or secretarial role, preferably within a hotel or food & beverage environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
