For Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, Chef Romito has specially designed a new concept which, while preserving the fundamental philosophy of simplicity, synthesis, and a quest for the quintessence of flavor has made his restaurant Reale in Italy, famous all over the world.
【Position Summary】
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will supervise and support kitchen staff, maintain hygiene and safety protocols, and contribute to a seamless guest experience through teamwork and leadership.
【Qualifications】
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or equivalent fine dining restaurant
• Valid food handling certification
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Business level Japanese fluency is required
• Basic English communication skills preferred
