The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for you as a Culinary Admin Intern as of beginning of 2027!
As a Culinary Administration Trainee, you will assist the Executive Chef and the rest of the Kitchen team with the essential daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. In this role, you will gain foundational insights into the organizational side of a professional kitchen. Your responsibilities will include assisting with staff scheduling to ensure efficient shift coverage, supporting the purchasing process by tracking inventory and connecting with suppliers, and organizing and maintaining kitchen records such as order sheets, invoices, and compliance documentation. Whether you are fond of discovering the kitchen world or have strong organizational skills, this might be the perfect position for you.
