Their software uses AI to analyse all aspects of your customer engagement, and shows you where to focus to increase loyalty. It alows CS and sales teams to spend their time delivering amazing experiences where they matter most. Hook keeps an eye on everything else.

A creative problem solver with a flexible nature, willing to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced start-up business.
Essential Experience:
Working in a development environment, building, testing, and deploying cross-platform, responsive web (and mobile) applications. Working collaboratively with a team. The tech stack will be conceived with your knowledge at the heart (Python/Ruby/Node.js).
