CTO - Stablecoin Issuer Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership and direction to the technology team and work alongside the product team and the layer 1 partner

• Develop the technical architecture of the stablecoin within a blockchain environment

• Evaluate and anticipate potential technical, cybersecurity risks to ensure safe, stable and fast operation of the stablecoin

• Independently develop, integrate, deploy, refactor and tune smart contracts, manage the principle of smart contract execution; comprehend the smart contract security system, and elaborate on the measure for various types of smart contract vulnerabilities

• Oversee, evaluate and execute the custody of the stablecoin
• Building cross-chain system and interoperability for the stablecoin

• Recruit, train, supervise or participate in staffing decisions for smart contract engineers, programmers, and developers

• Devise technical strategy around platforms, partnership and external relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or above

• Fluent in English and proficient in mandarin will be a nice to have

• More than 10 years of technical experience, and more than 2 years of work experience in digital assets, blockchain, cybersecurity related projects environment

• Familiar with DLT, payment and settlement of stablecoins and RWAs

• In-depth knowledge of Layer-1&2 blockchain networks, DeFi, and Web3 protocols

• Worked on and successfully launched projects on Solidity and Rust languages and frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Role will be based out of Hong Kong
