We are looking for a CTO Leader to drive cost reduction and value improvement projects within automotive electrical systems. You will work closely with engineering, program, purchasing, suppliers, and customers to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance.
- Lead cost reduction and value improvement activities.
- Identify, develop, and implement cost-saving solutions.
- Track project progress, savings, and risks.
- Work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Prepare cost estimates and business cases.
- Support customer reviews and technical presentations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve targets.
- HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in automotive electrical systems or wire harness products.
- Strong understanding of cost engineering and cost reduction methods.
- Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, 8D, and CAD tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
