CTO & Co-Founder — OpenExpert.AI (A C10 Labs Venture)
OpenExpert.AI is building a Digital Subject Matter Expert for the energy sector—an AI system capable of expert reasoning, real-time diagnostics, and proactive guidance for power plants, transmission networks, and distributed energy assets. This is not a chatbot. It is the intelligence layer for the modern grid.

Why This MattersEnergy reliability is a $50B+ global challenge. Aging infrastructure, workforce shortages, and renewable integration create complexity that exceeds human capacity.

The next leap will come from AI systems that understand multi-modal operational data, reason like expert engineers, and guide operators toward decisive action.

If we succeed, we meaningfully strengthen critical infrastructure and accelerate the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical vision and architecture of the OpenExpert.AI Digital SME platform
  • Build and lead a world-class engineering team across AI/ML, data, and full-stack
  • Develop multi-modal AI systems for diagnostics, reasoning, and predictive analytics
  • Drive rapid product development from prototype to customer pilots
  • Ensure secure and scalable integrations with industrial systems (SCADA/OT, OEM platforms, enterprise tools)
  • Establish engineering culture, best practices, and long-term technical roadmap
  • Partner with CEO on strategy, fundraising, customer engagements, and go-to-market
  • Operate as a true co-founder with ownership over technical outcomes
