CTO / Technology Director

Are you ready to lead innovation in a rapidly growing SaaS CRM and Billing System company? We are seeking a dynamic CTO to drive growth and success across the UK, US, and Australia.

The Role

As a Board Director reporting to the Managing Director, as the CTO you will lead a global team of 100+ across the UK, India, Australia, and the US. Your mission is to oversee sales, product development, implementations, service desk, and account management, ensuring excellence at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams
• Provide strategic vision and leadership, aligning with business objectives and market trends
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in revenue, profitability, and market share
• Inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from sales to ongoing account management
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Scale operations and ensure service excellence for our clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security standards
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Lead product development and innovation efforts
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Experience and Capabilities

• Proven track record in leading and growing software businesses
• Exceptional leadership and client relationship skills
• Experience in product development, service delivery, and team building
• Senior leadership experience with multi-site global teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets
• Strong background in modern software development principles & best practices
• Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Previous experience of developing and delivering enterprise level SaaS, CRM or Billing solutions is required
• Strong experience of delivering SaaS solutions with complex integrations is also required
• Experience of working within the utilities sector is also highly desirable
