sector Fintech, con el fin de ampliar el equipo de sus oficinas situadas en
Madrid, está buscando un CTO.
¿QUÉ
BUSCAMOS?
Deseamos conocer perfiles con al
menos 5 años de experiencia gestión de equipos tecnológicos compuestos por, al
menos, 5 personas. Además la persona deberá tener experiencia programando con
Java, Spring framework y arquitectura AWS. Además, estar acostumbrado a
trabajar con metodologías agile, en concreto Scrum.

HARÁS?
Tendrás la oportunidad de dirigir un
equipo tecnológico de alto nivel, compuesto por unas 8 personas, y que se prevé
crecerá en el futuro. Podrás llevar la compañía al siguiente nivel tecnológico,
de la mano de grandes profesionales. Adicionalmente, junto con el equipo
directivo, serás parte activa de las decisiones de futuro.
REQUISITOS
- Ingeniería informática o similar
- Experiencia en gestión de equipos tecnológicos
- Experiencia en programación con Java, Spring y sus
diferentes módulos, lenguajes de script (Javascript, Jquery). Adicionalmente en
servicios Web (SOAP y REST), procesos batch y arquitectura AWS.
- Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles, Scrum.
